The Gluten Free Kitchen Company are Hosting Coeliac & Gluten Free Community Support Groups.
The first Kerry Meet Up Launched on May 12th 2022 and we plan to meet up once a month and to create a Kerry Community where we gather, learn, support each other and run events throughout the year.
In September 2024 we decided to merge all Coeliac/ Gluten Free & Cneasú Community Events to run an inclusive community for all.
The Support Group is open to all the community, all are welcome!
Our Kerry Monthly Meet Up is in mainly in Tralee on a Saturday Morning once Every Month and we may take a break in July & August to give families time to enjoy their summer activities.
This is your group so you tell us what you would like us to organise each month!

This Community is also open to Food Producers and the Hospitality Sector who would like to learn how to support our Community better and who would like to host our Monthly Events to Promote your Coeliac & Gluten Free Friendly Offering!
"The Coeliac Circle Community & Support groups offer peer support, education, and advocacy for people who are adversely affected by gluten, and are dedicated to improving their quality of life.
On first diagnosis, you may feel shocked and overwhelmed, with more questions than answers. Or you might be on the journey for a while and you are looking for additional support. You may feel lonely in your diagnosis, uninformed or just need some advice on living your gluten free life to the full."
Our Meet Ups are also for those in the Hospitality Sector, Food Producers & those looking to accommodate the Coeliac & Gluten Free Community by learning how to safely provide for our community.

- Presentations from our Co-Ordinator Doireann Barrett, who is a Trained Holistic Practitioner & Wellness Advocate, specialising in Endometriosis & Coeliac Disease

- Meditation & Mindfulness Events
- Meet other Coeliac's & Gluten Free Individuals in your area
- All Group Attendees are Advocates for our Community and are invited to become involved in events and ideas for events and what You as a Group Member would like to benefit from our Community & get involved

Time: 11am - 12 noon
Registration is essential and must be made directly through Eventbrite
Description: The Cneasú Community Monthly Meet Up is an opportunity to come together to meet new people in the community for support and friendship. Maybe you are newly diagnosed and would like to meet others in the community navigating similarities or you would like to bring a loved one along to learn more about the health conditions people are living with in the community that you would like some extra understanding, shared knowledge or support with. Come join us for a chat.

*Cost: There is no cost to attend Monthly Meet Ups, All Welcome. Purchasing beverages & or food is encourage to support the venue as a matter of courtesy for facilitating our gathering. Registration is required to attend as each venue has limited seating. Register through Eventbrite HERE!

Join the Cneasú Annual Christmas Lunch to gather with the community to celebrate the festive season. Ticket Price includes Set Menu Two Course Lunch with Tea/or Coffee.
