Our First Christmas Order Book Opened in 2011 and has continued to open ever since on November 1st each year and closes December 14th to ensure we have all ingredients in time for the Christmas Annual Demand. Order Book is subject to availability. Christmas Produce are available for collection ONLY from December 20th to December 23rd! Any orders to be delivered by Courier/ or An Post will be dispatched on Monday December 16th 2024 only!

All our products are 'Made to Order' fresh which means they are not sitting on a shelf for long. Our Made to Order Ethos also contributes towards preventing the Global Food Waste Issues, we produce when the customer orders, ensuring there is no waste. We use fresh and local ingredients where possible, without using wheat, oats, rye, barley and gluten! We do cater for no added sugar, vegan & vegetarian customers also!
All our produce is available for collection or delivery in the Kerry (Ire) Area.

Shelf Life & Storage, as these products are a Fresh Bake Product there is a Natural Shelf Life on our Christmas Cakes & Puddings of approx 3 to 6 months due to the alcohol content, depending on product & storage! Our Trifle Sponge & Mince Pies would have a much shorter shelf life but can be frozen on day of collection for up to 3 months. We advise you store all ambient food in an airtight container for best taste.
Bread & Stuffing has a natural shelf life of 3 to 5 days, store stuffing in the fridge and bread in an airtight container.
Savoury Items have a natural shelf life of 3 days, and kept in the fridge.
Can be frozen up to 3 months!
