All our produce are available for Collection in Tralee or Delivery in the Kerry (Ire) Area(Delivery Charges apply outside of 5km radius of Tralee. See Delivery Fee's!
*Due to the ongoing rise in Cocoa Prices which is largely due to a global cocoa shortage - as of May 20th 2024 we will have to increase all our chocolate based products to incorporate rising costs. We appreciate your understanding.
Christmas Menu is the only Menu Available between December 20th & 23rd each year! Christmas Order Book Opens November 1st each year and closes December 14th!

All our products are handmade fresh to order in small batches in our registered gluten-free production kitchen.
Made-to-order production costs more than mass production, but it means your order is made especially for you - fresh, carefully prepared and never sitting on a shelf waiting to be sold.
Where available, the apples used in our baking are grown on our own apple trees. They are harvested each September, carefully prepared, sliced and frozen so we can use our homegrown apples in selected products throughout the year.

Pipe Your Own Cupcake Kits
Available in boxes of 6, 9 or 12 at the same prices as our standard cupcakes.
Each kit contains:
- Pre-baked cupcakes
- Frosting in piping bags
- Sprinkles
Piping nozzles are not included.

The following extras can be added to eligible cakes and traybakes:

Please allow at least two weeks for personalised toppers or specially ordered decorations.
Collection and Delivery
Collection from Tralee is free and available Monday to Saturday between 2pm and 9pm by prior arrangement.
Local delivery charges are calculated from Tralee:
- Within 5km - free delivery
- 6km to 15km - €15
- 16km to 30km - €30
- 31km to 50km - €50
- More than 50km - price agreed before ordering
Parking charges, tolls or unusual access requirements may incur an additional charge.
Nationwide personal delivery may be available by prior agreement. The cost will be calculated using the distance, travelling time and type of order.
Nationwide courier delivery is available only for selected ambient products that can travel safely. Fresh cream cakes, éclairs and other delicate or refrigerated products cannot be sent by standard courier. Courier charges are confirmed before payment.
Allergen and Dietary Information
We do not use wheat, gluten, rye, barley or oats in any of our recipes.
Other allergens, including milk, eggs, soya, peanuts and tree nuts, are used in our production kitchen. Please tell us about all allergies and dietary requirements when ordering.
Selected products are available as vegan, dairy-free, egg-free, reduced-sugar or grain-free options only where specifically stated.

We do not make novelty cakes.
Personalised decorations require advance notice.
Our standard menu is unavailable during our dedicated Christmas production period. Our Christmas order book opens annually on November 1st.
