Our Cneasú WhatsApp Support Group Chat is a very safe space and all who would like support from other women in the community who are navigating their Chronic Illness and are diagnosed or awaiting diagnosis this group chat is to support each other.

It is a support group of peer support only and is not a Medical Advisory Group.

Do Not Bully, Judge, Patronise, Belittle, Discriminate, Attack or Harass anyone within our Communities - this includes Online & Offline Communication.

Everyone is entitled to their own Views & Opinions - Do not criticize or shame anyone's point of view or opinions if they do not align with yours - respectful conversation is welcomed at all times but please refrain from intense disagreements.

If you feel there is Misinformation being shared please reach out and we can review it.

Our Community is a Safe Space for everyone - if you do not feel safe please inform a group facilitator or admin and we will guide you to appropriate measures to safe guard everyone.

We have no control over vetting anyone individually who join group activities however from February 2025 all Whatsapp Group Members will need to sign a consent & guidelines form to remain as a Whatsapp Member.

Please alert a group admin, or facilitator if you have a complaint or concern to make about any of our group members - this can be done in private through scheduling a call or sending an email and we will advise safety net guidelines to follow.

In Order to Join our WhatsApp groups - individual group members will be sent a consent form & group guidelines form which must be signed and returned to Cneasú at The Gluten Free Kitchen Company in order to become a member of our Whatsapp Groupchat.

All information will be safe under the GDPR act and will not be passed onto third parties and is to ensure that all group members are who they say they are. ID will be needed to verify each group member.

If we do not respond immediately we will get to all communication as soon as we can.

Screen Shots & Screen Recording is Not Permitted within any Online Groups.

Forwarding of any group messages, photos or voice-notes is not permitted out of the closed group pages.

What is discussed within Closed Group Forums can not be discussed without the persons consent outside of Closed Group Forums, Events or Platforms.

Video Recording & Photography at events is not permitted unless consent has been given.

Please do not share any links, photos or voice-notes without prior consent of the person who has shared with the group.

Defamatory Posts or Comments against anyone is forbidden this includes Medics, Hospitals, Clinics, Businesses, Social Media Platforms/ Channels or individuals in general.
