The Gluten Free Kitchen Company is based in Tralee, Co. Kerry (Ire).
We are a Food & Wellness Brand, we do not currently have a Traditional Bricks and Mortar Premises, we trade from our E-Commerce Website & Pop Up at Food Events throughout the year.
Our Small Production Kitchen is not open to the Public.
Preferred Date if available can only be held for 24hours to allow you arrange pre-payment after that the slot will be opened up to allow it to another customer.
We are a small kitchen so we have limited space so can only take on a limited amount of orders per day!
All Food Orders are prepared fresh and collections are from 2pm Daily - Monday to Saturday from our collection point in Boherbee, Tralee, Co. Kerry (Ire)
If you require an earlier collection time, your order can be slotted in for the day before your event for collection subject to there being availability.
Collections from our collection point are from 2pm to 9pm daily and pre-orders only!
Our customers collect their orders from our Market Stall or from a Tralee based collection point that has been our collection point since 2015, however the collection point is not our Business, it is an independent business who have been kindly facilitating our customers since 2015 for collection only. All dealings with The Gluten Free Kitchen Company is to be made directly through us!
For Fresh Food Orders
These include Confectionary, Cakes, Savoury, Breads, Scones, Fresh Stuffing, Market Stall, Seasonal including - Valentines, Mother's, Father's Day & Christmas.
The Gluten Free Kitchen Company own brand food products are a Luxury, Artisan Handmade, Fresh Food Product, Multi Award Winning and made to order using local Ingredients where possible.
Our products are EHO Compliant & Approved by the Coeliac Society of Ireland, Naturally “Free From” Gluten/ Wheat/ Oats/ Rye & Barley!
We also cater for other allergens upon request and some of our products are also naturally free from Egg, Sugar and other allergens which we clearly label on our products list online.
Please note that we are a dedicated Gluten Free & Coeliac Safe producer which means we do not use the Gluten Protein or grains that include Wheat, Rye, Oats or Barley in our production kitchen, however we do use other allergens such as Cows Dairy, Peanuts, Nuts, Soya, Eggs etc in our production kitchen. All allergens are clearly labelled on our product list on our website. Please inform us if you have any allergy. We comply fully with EU Allergen Legislation.
We also work with other Quality “Free From” Food & Wellness Brands which are available for purchase directly from our Online Store or via our Food-stall and can even be Purchased as part of our Hamper Service making life easier for you, let us organise your “Free From” Shopping Needs!

Please note all our Cakes, Breads, Scones, Pastries & Savoury Options are made to order in small batches & on an order slot system.
Prepayment is required to secure ALL orders. We can only hold an order slot for 24hours max while we await prepayment. If we have not received a payment in that time we must offer the slot to the next customer.

We are a small artisan production kitchen so no one food order looks identically the same as they are made by hand, fresh to order on the day!
We do not currently produce Novelty & Wedding Cakes!

Throughout the Year we will be running Workshops, Retreats & Events where we will gather for Yoga, Sound Therapy, Meditation, Forest Bathing, Holistic Treatments or a simple cuppa and a group chat to encourage making new friendships and sharing our experiences with likeminded tribes!

Christmas Order Book
Our First Christmas Order Book Opened in 2011 and has continued to open ever since on November 1st each year and closes December 14th to ensure we have enough ingredients available for our customer orders. Order Book is subject to availability.
Christmas Produce are available for collection ONLY from December 20th to December 23rd!
All our produce is available for collection or delivery in the Kerry (Ire) Area. Some of our Christmas range is suitable for nationwide courier service, please see courier details below! If you have any questions about our products & delivery/ collection service please message us.

Please be advised that All Food Orders are Subject to Order Book Availability.
We can only hold an order slot for a maximum of 24hours to allow for payment to be received to secure your preferred date.
We are a Small Scale Business and can only provide our Food Orders on a “Pre Order” Capacity when we are available.
All Orders Must be Paid in Full to Secure Date Availability!
We work on a “First Come, First Served” System!
You can also purchase our Food Selections and Wellness Brands at Our Market Stalls, keep an eye out on our Events Diary for Food Stall Dates & Locations!
Step One:
Browse our Price Lists via our Website and decide on what products you wish to order. Please ask if there is any product not listed as we may be able to accommodate!
Step Two:
Email your Food order list via our Ordering Page or via Whatsapp & Please include the following info:
- A list of the products you want to order and the quantity
- The Date you are hoping for!
- Your full name, telephone number
- Address (Address only if Delivery is required)
- State if the order is for Food delivery (Co. Kerry, Ireland Only), Courier Service (Retail Brands & Some Food Items Only) or collection (Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland).
- We will advise if items are not suitable for Courier Delivery! Food items with fresh cream, food that needs refrigeration, breads/ scones or Delicate Items are not suitable for Courier Service!
- If you have a specific question or requirement (i.e. Date specific Birthday cake order, Allergens etc)
- Please DO NOT place orders via our Social Media Platforms!
Step Three:
The Gluten Free Kitchen Company will respond in due course, during office hours, to acknowledge receipt of your order request and the amount payable.
We can also use this opportunity to address any specific questions raised.
Do not make online payments until you have received an acknowledgement of your order request.
Orders will then be confirmed as per our terms below.
Our Office Hours are Monday to Thursday 10.30 am to 5pm. Friday 10.30am to 3pm.
As we are mainly in the Kitchen or at a Market Stall/ Expo or Workshop, you may not get a response from our Phone or Email straight away however fear not, we always respond to emails and calls.
Please Allow a minimum of ONE WEEKS notice to secure your order, order book dependent.
We can facilitate last minute orders if there is availability in the order book however we still require order to be completed by close of business minimum of 24 hours before you require an order. We are flexible, we do understand life gets in the way at times or people plan last minute visits & occasions, if there is availability we are always happy to help!
Please Allow a minimum of TWO WEEKS notice if ordering customised cake toppers!
Please note some weeks are busier than others. Our Food-Stall Pop Up Season Runs from March to December each year so office is unattended during Food-Stall Events. December is a particularly busy time for us with Christmas orders so we appreciate your patience in our team being able to respond to all phone-calls and email enquiries!
Corporate & Event Catering Orders, require a minimum of 4 weeks notice, this is required to plan your event, site visits, menu planning etc.
Orders subject to order book availability.
Food Orders are subject to Order Slot Availability. Because we are a small production we do not have many daily slots available so it is a first come first served system. Slot is not confirmed without prepayment. Slots fill up quickly so order in advance to avoid disappointment.
It is advised to place your order well in advance especially for special occasions such as Birthday’s, Hen Parties, Baby Showers, Christenings, Communion or Confirmations & all special occasions to ensure Date Availability & to Avoid disappointment.

Make a Card Payment or you can set us up on your Online Banking Facility to transfer payments.

Step Five:
Once The GFK Co has received your bank transfer or Card payment in full, a confirmation Receipt/ Email is sent to you.
Be sure to Put your FULL Name in the Narrative to avoid delay in confirming order.
Your order will be dispatched thereafter to your delivery address or collection point which you will be notified of in advance.
Order is not confirmed until you receive this receipt.
Please note that The Gluten Free Kitchen Company do not take responsibility for over payment and due to bank charges a credit note only will be issued for over payment.
We do not give cash refunds.
Please do not transfer payment until you have received a “Total Payment Due” acknowledgement from our Orders Office when you place your order.
A Purchase with The Gluten Free Kitchen Company is Subject to our Terms & Conditions which are subject to changes and do not impact you statutory rights.
Please Note that our bank account is with Bank Of Ireland, for non BOI Customers be advised that it can take up to 5 working days for bank transfers to appear into our account.
Card payment appears into our Stripe Account instantly.
Order is not confirmed until we receive payment in Full into our Stripe or Bank Account, so we advise if you are paying by bank transfer and that if you are not an BOI customer please make payment directly into your nearest BOI branch into our account to ensure payment is guaranteed to secure your order date and avoid disappointment.
Card Payment via our Stripe Link appears in our Stripe Account instantly, we will confirm during office hours when we see payment at our end any questions related to your purchase.
Payment needs to be received in total no later than 48hours prior to order to confirm order (Office Hours). Orders are on a First Come First Serve System so early payment will secure your required date! This is subject to availability.

Ordering – Terms & Conditions:
- A minimum order of €20 is required for FRESH Food items and must be placed via our Website, by Email, Telephone or by Whatsapp.

- Minimum Order Excludes Price of Delivery where applicable.
- No Minimum Spend is required for Food Stall Purchases or Wellness Brands.
- Payment for Online Orders must be made in advance, in full, through bank transfer or Card Payment to confirm order.
- Card Payments are available for ALL purchases including, Online Orders, Food Stall Sales & for our Wellness Brand Purchases.
- Dairy, Egg & Sugar Free Options are available on request, Product Dependent
- Product list and prices advertised are subject to change due to ingredient price increases.
- Ambient, Skincare, Gift Sets, Wellness Products Available via Independent Brands with worldwide delivery available to your door. Postage Charges do apply. See Delivery Charges. No Minimum Order Required
- Special Offers always excludes the price of delivery – T&C’s Apply. Special Offers can only be availed by placing orders via our Contact Page!
- To avail of Free Local Delivery (Co. Kerry, Ireland) on Wellness products, orders must be placed via The GFKC office and pre paid. Subject to when Bulk Ordering is available Only!

We do not open for business Sunday's, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays, Christmas & Easter Celebrations! Please also allow for annual leave dates throughout the year.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made during office hours!
Office Hours are Monday to Thursday 10.30am to 5pm, Friday 10.30am to 3pm.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to delivery for Fresh Food Product Orders will not be refunded.
50% of total Food order less any out of pocket costs will be refunded if cancelled one week prior to order being delivered, this is to cover loss of potential sales due to order book availability.
For Contract & Event Catering orders must be paid in FULL Three Weeks Prior to event to ensure orders with suppliers can be secured!
Cancellations of Christmas Cakes and Puddings are non refundable as they are made to order at time of confirmed order to ensure they are matured for Christmas.
50% of total Food order of all our Christmas orders less any out of pocket costs will be refunded if cancelled BEFORE the Ordering Deadline which is December 8th each year and prior to order being delivered, this is to cover loss of potential sales due to order book availability. Cancellations after Order Book Deadline will NOT be refunded.

Deliveries/ Collections:
FOOD PRODUCE & PERISHABLES
All our Food Products are Produced Fresh to Order in compliance with EHO & Food Safety Authority of Ireland Guidelines.
Please inspect all ready-to-eat, produce thoroughly at time of delivery/ collection.
Should you have any concerns relating to your order please inform the member of our team whom you are collecting the Order from or Who is doing the Delivery. Any concerns must be raised immediately to ensure you are receiving our Products at their Best! We can not deal with any complaints if the order has been removed from the presence of a Member of Our Team.
Due to product integrity and food safety concerns resulting from excessive handling, temperature control fluctuations, and other chain of product control quality issues, produce are not returnable once they have left our Company except at time of delivery or when purchased directly from our food stall events.
All Deliveries/ Collections are available from 2pm on Day of Agreed Order unless otherwise arranged. This is because all orders are Made Fresh on the Day of Delivery/ Collection.
Please note any delivery/ collection requested earlier than 2pm may be produced a day in advance. Earlier collections are only available if we are able to accommodate depending on how busy or quiet our order book is!

Please Note the Castle Off Licence is a Collection Point ONLY and not owned by The Gluten Free Kitchen Company so all customers are urged to check their order docket to ensure order collections are correct when collecting goods.

DELIVERY CHARGES & METHODS OF DELIVERY
Our Fresh Food Products are available for Collection or Delivery all Over Kerry. We have our own company owned Delivery Service available in the Kerry area! Charges do apply outside of 5KMs of Tralee town.
We Deliver Mondays to Saturdays from 2pm onwards. Earlier Deliveries can be organised.
We also offer customers the option to use a Courier Service which is an independent service to our company. This service is available for some Food Items and all of our wellness brands. Please note that couriers do not stand over damaged food products so courier service is provided at customers own risk. We can not refund damaged food products. All products will be packaged to the best of our ability and with Fragile Tape to notify courier, however we have zero responsibility over the handling of products after it leaves our HQ,
Courier Service can include ambient products that we deem will travel well and products that will survive a courier service journey however the courier company do not insure damaged food products so please use this service at your own risk. We can not guarantee handling of our products once they have left our company representatives. Please use courier service as your own chosen delivery method option & risk. We can not refund damaged Food Products after they have left our company.
We use Independent Courier Service Providers if required – Courier Charges from €7.50 to €25.00 with Courier (Product/ Courier Service Dependent).
An Post Fees for non food products i.e. Books & Merch begin from €6 upwards. An Post charge by weight i.e Zone 1 (Ireland & North of Ireland) Packet 100g €3.80, 200g €4.80, 500g €6.20 etc. Parcel 100g to 2kg €9 for Standard post which is not insured!
All Prices as subject to change!
We do not charge extra to deliver to courier depot or An Post as it is within our 5KMs delivery radius. Courier/ An Post fee is paid on behalf of the customer at the fee's the courier charges. Copy of receipt of Fee is available on request. Customer will be charged courier/ An Post fee as part of detailed ordering invoicing if courier/ An Post service is required.
No courier/ postal service on a Saturday or Sunday.
Courier/ An Post Service Delivery is Subject to Courier/ An Post T&C’s we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery service with any of our chosen Courier/ Postal Service Providers. SHELF LIFE & STORAGE
There is a natural shelf life on all of our Food Products. Please Note our Food Products are Made Fresh to Order so will have a natural shelf life of 3 to 5 days depending on Storage. It is advised that Cakes that do not contain Fresh Cream are stored in a Airtight container out of the Fridge for best Taste. Bread can be frozen on day of collection/ delivery. Best to slice in portions and wrap in Clingfilm not Tinfoil and will keep frozen for up to 3 months. Store bread covered in cling film in an airtight container for 3 to 5 days.

We do not post out Free Samples.

All our Menus/ Pricelists list all Allergens!
The GFK Co. is an EHO certified and a Dedicated Free From Gluten/ Wheat/ Oats/ Rye & Barley Facility and we can guarantee NO risk of cross contamination from these ingredients within our Production Kitchen.
We do use other ingredients listed on the allergen list which we cannot guarantee is free from cross contamination in our kitchen.
However, extreme care and due diligence is taken into account when catering for other allergen requests.
Please state clearly if you have any allergies other than Gluten or Wheat.
Our Team have received training from Food Safety of Ireland Authority & Bord Bia Food Stall Trading 2019 workshops and are approved by the Coeliac Society of Ireland since 2012!

Our Production Kitchen is a small kitchen.
We do not facilitate collections from our Kitchen, collections are from our Collection Point or Market Stall only or delivery can be arranged. Terms Apply.
We are a dedicated Free From Gluten Producer.
We are registered with the Environmental Health Office (EHO).
All Allergens are listed on our Menus please be aware we are a dedicated Free From Gluten/ Wheat/ Oats/ Barley & Rye Producer but we do use other allergens such as Eggs, Dairy etc in our Production & we comply with Food Safety Authority of Ireland EU Legislation.
We can only facilitate a limited menu due to kitchen capacity so our ordering system is on a limited availability.
We are always working on raising the capital to scale up our business so we can move into a larger kitchen and eventually hire a larger team but this is fully dependent on the loyalty of our customers & community to help us produce and grow.
We appreciate each and every order we received and are grateful for our independent Irish Business.

The Kerry Meet Up Launched on May 12th 2022 initially in collaboration with the Coeliac Society of Ireland and merged in 2024 as part of the Cneasú Community Project and we meet up once a month and to create a Community where we gather, learn, support each other and run events throughout the year.

I am trained in Holistic Wellness Practices and CneasÚ was born out of more than 30 years of learning from indigenous tribal rituals, holistic therapies and sharing with this community a range of lifestyle tips I use to help benefit life living with my health conditions.
I am currently studying for my Diploma in Psychology & Mental Health and working with people who have experienced trauma through Chronic Illness, Addiction and Loss by hosting events where we can gather and hold space for where we are on our healing journey!
Throughout the Year we run Workshops, Retreats, Casual Coffee Meet Ups & Events where we gather for guided Yoga, Meditation, Forest Bathing, Walks, Sound Therapy, Holistic Treatments and make new friendships and sharing our experiences with likeminded tribes!
